Tabata interval workouts are awesome! It’s four minutes of high-intensity training, alternating between 20 seconds of max training followed by a 10-second rest for a total of eight rounds. So only 4 minutes but really hardcore.

– Sixsteps both sides
– Sweeps both sides
– Front sweep go do down, up and to the other side
